Professional textile DTF printer
Professional textile DTF printer with 6 heads and a 57 cm print width, for custom t-shirts and sweatshirts and large-scale production.
The RS PRO 6 from RS Transfer Pro is a professional textile DTF (Direct to Film) printer with 6 heads and a 57 cm print width. Its 8-colour system adds red, green, blue and orange to CMYK and white, which widens the colour gamut and makes it possible to reproduce approximately twice as many Pantone shades as a conventional CMYK system.
It produces up to 35 linear metres per hour in production mode and 20 in high quality, with REACH-certified textile pigment inks. It serves both for custom t-shirts and sweatshirts and for large-scale production, without large inventories or aggressive chemical pre-treatments.
How does DTF printing work?
The design is printed on a special film, adhesive powder is applied and it is transferred to the fabric with heat using a heat press. The result is bright, intense prints that resist cracking, peeling and repeated washing (up to 60 °C, with Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certification).
What fabrics does it print on?
Cotton, polyester, blends, denim, leather and nylon.
