Four-colour automatic screen printing machine for cylindrical products, with or without registration: bottles, jars, flexible tubes, etc.
- Automatic loading with conveyor belt and robot. Two different loaders, for glass bottles and flexible tubes.
- Automatic flame treatment for bottles.
- Automatic pre-registration by registration mark or thread cut.
- XY servo-driven shuttle. Parts can be stopped at any point.
- Servo-driven printing system, with linear guides and threaded bolts. The left and right movements of the print head and the rotation of the parts are driven by servo motor. All parameters are set via the touch screen, with no need for any additional tool or fixture.
- Quick and easy format changeover between products. There is only one fixture. All other parameters are set via the touch screen.
- High-efficiency automatic electrode UV drying system.
- Proface control PLC and touch screen.

- Automatic print head locking system for optimum print quality.
- Automatic unloading. Two unloading systems, for glass bottles and for flexible tubes.
- Only one operator is needed to run it, who would be in charge of loading and placing the decorated parts in the box.
- Both the PLC and all the servo motors are Mitsubishi.
- Independent UV system after unloading for better drying. The operator would place the parts back on the mandrels of that UV system. For printing on glass, a second operator would be required for unloading after this last UV.
- The mandrels for flexible tubes include vacuum.
