What is the UV400/800/1000 flat UV oven used for?
It is a flat UV oven in which the printed parts travel on a conveyor through the drying chamber, under the UV lamp. UV inks do not dry by evaporation: they polymerise under ultraviolet light, so the part can be handled immediately.
What can be adjusted on the UV400/800/1000 UV curing oven?
The conveyor speed, the rotation speed of the parts, the light power (at 50% or 100%) and the distance between the part and the UV lamp. On the UV400, the conveyor runs from 0 to 10 m/min with continuous, stepless electronic adjustment.
