UVGS series UV-hardening screen printing inks, based on UVG technology, are suitable for printing on glass.
Applications
Thanks to its modular system, the range of applications has been increased considerably compared with UVG. Depending on the requirements, the ink is adjusted for printing with an addition of 5% additive. In this way the properties can be tailored to the specific application.
The range of possible applications includes printing large glass panels for the furniture industry as well as printing dishwasher-safe drinking glasses.
Properties
UVGS inks are ultraviolet-curing inks. Once hardened, they have a dry-powder consistency, strong adhesion and are suitable for further processing. Before printing, the ink is adjusted with reactive thinner or an additive. In this way the properties can be perfectly adapted to the respective requirements of the printed product.
